About Us

Canadian-based Waterford Global Inc. is a retained executive search and physician recruitment firm providing services domestically and internationally, in mature and emerging markets.  Purpose-driven, we provide customized, high-touch and high-value search services to select clients in key industry sectors.

What we are is a search firm.  What we do is engage in strategic talent acquisition of mid-to-senior level talent in industry, and of all varieties of physicians and physician leaders.

As trusted advisors, we function as strategic partners and as extensions of our client organizations.  As such, our Key Performance Indicators are the strategic value we deliver to our clients and the long-term value generated by our candidates.  We work towards these key client-centric deliverables by applying a consultative approach; taking a genuine interest in our clients’ organizations and the “ecosystems” that surround them; and by becoming a confidential sounding board for a wide range of talent challenges.

Our Founding Partners built Waterford Global in response to the needs of clients who were looking for a unique capability in their search provider.  Our clients were attracted to a firm whose service platform offered a rarefied combination of a high-touch/high-tech approach to search, and a culture of client and candidate care.  In addition, our clients wanted to experience the benefit of considering local candidates as well as talent beyond our borders.  Our Founding Partners had built this type of search expertise prior to the creation of our firm, and have since grown Waterford Global with this same philosophy.  Ten years later, our first client is still with us.

With more than 45 years of combined experience, the Founding Partners of our firm have remained committed to providing clients with the level and quality of service that consistently delivers success through strategic talent acquisition.  Our greatest enjoyment is in contributing to the mutual success which arises from connecting great talent with meaningful organizations.
