Dunleavy White Continues Expansion
March 24, 2017 – London-based executive search firm Dunleavy White has strengthened its staff with the additions of Sarah Hanan and Danita Waterfall-Brizzi as partners.
Ms. Hanan will spearhead growth within the firm’s travel and aviation sectors. She has over 20 years of experience within the travel industry starting her career as an international travel consultant with STA Travel before moving into recruitment.
For the last decade she had been instrumental in the global growth of the Cheapflights brand. Her role there as commercial director involved the launch of a suite of digital products across a number international markets as well as managing and mentoring large teams and strategizing for future growth. “I’ll be working within the heart of the travel industry for a brand with a global reputation and I look forward to building close relationships with travel and aviation partners new and old across the international marketplace,” said Ms. Hanan.
Ms. Waterfall-Brizzi will develop the global growth of the firm with a focus on central Europe. She has over 25 years in the aviation industry for blue chip American carriers in airport operations, customer service, sales, marketing, security, training, and logistics.

During her career she has held key roles in developing multinational teams and departments, and leaders to effect change amid mergers, alliances, outsourcing, insourcing and joint ventures. Ms. Waterfall-Brizzi joins the firm from Delta Air Lines where she was corporate director – cargo sales and service EMENA. Her industry experiences with leadership and team development within a variety of cultures lend a perfect fit for executive search, said her colleagues. “I am excited to be focusing on creating and growing international relationships with past and future industry partners in the global marketplace,” said Ms. Waterfall-Brizzi.
