In this newly created position, Mr. Jaksich will drive the overall growth and management of Caldwell Advance. He will also focus on the recruitment of emerging leaders and advancing professionals, with a concentration in private equity and venture capital relationships and a particular emphasis on technology companies.

“Ben’s experience both building and leading teams will be invaluable as we expand and grow Caldwell Advance,” said Chris Beck, chief operating officer. “His reputation in the market for strategic consultation and focused client service will be a great fit for our team.”

With an emphasis on working with growth-stage technology companies, Mr. Jaksich has completed a wide array of projects ranging from team build outs to leadership and global management searches. Prior to joining Caldwell, he spent over nine years with Russell Tobin where he built and led their mid-management recruiting team and worked with growth stage companies on a wide array of projects ranging from team build outs to leadership and global management searches. Previously, he worked with CTPartners and Michael Page advancing in roles throughout his tenure.

Mr. Jaksich joins directors Todd Lingle and Jane Loop Pomar on Caldwell Advance team. Mr. Lingle was just added to the Caldwell team earlier this year. “Todd’s addition strengthens our ability to connect our clients with transformational talent in a more comprehensive way,” said Mr. Wallace. “We will continue to make strategic additions to our teams where it allows us to deliver long-term value to our clients.”

Serving Clients Globally
