Barton Executive Search Recruits Director for Welch’s

February 5, 2016 – Boutique recruiting firm Barton Executive Search has recruited Chris Neugent as a member of Welch’s board of directors. With nearly 30 years of consumer products experience, he will use his expertise in growing sales, profit and market share at the company.

Mr. Neugent was recently president and chief executive officer of Post Consumer Brands. Previously, he was chairman and CEO of MOM Brands. Before that he was vice president of marketing at Pepsi’s Frito-Lay division. During his 12 years there, Mr. Neugent progressed through several sales and marketing roles, where he managed brands including Doritos, optimized profitability, led innovation and reinvigorated the company’s baked line of products.
