Caldwell Partners Recruits Dynamic Dental Partners Director
August 11, 2015 – Caldwell Partners has placed Kelly McCrann as a board director with Dynamic Dental Partners Group. Neal Maslan and John Blank, both partners within the firm’s life sciences and healthcare practice, led the search.
Mr. McCrann currently serves as CEO of AdvoServ, a position he has held since March 2012. He is a senior healthcare operating executive with over 27 years of experience leading a variety of healthcare companies. His prior and current board experience includes roles with Inpatient Consultants,Inc , Dental One, Kids Care and Orthosynetics, Inc.
Caldwell Partners has a dedicated board of directors practice that recruits directors for public corporations, private companies and not-for-profit organizations. It has recruited new boards for pre-IPO businesses, new or newly privatized organizations, and organizations repositioning after a major challenge or event.
Mr. Maslan has recruited board directors for a number of companies, including BioScrip, Pacificare (now part of United Healthcare), Coventry Health (now part of Aetna), DaVita, Adeptus, and Genomic Health, among others. He recently recruited William Comte as CEO of Dynamic Dental Partners Group.
“McCrann was ideal for a P.E. portfolio company in the dental space,” said Mr. Maslan. “He was with McKinsey early in his career, was an operating partner of a venture capital firm, CEO of several companies to include a dental PPM, and has served on the boards of several healthcare service companies”
