ZRG Partners Names Co-Leader of Global Digital and Technology Officers Practice

October 25, 2022 – ZRG Partners has expanded with the addition of Louisa Perry as co-leader of global digital and technology officers practice. She is located in the firm’s London office. Ms. Perry brings 25 years plus experience in executive search and providing talent advisory solutions. She is focused on hiring at board and executive level within global and domestic organizations. ​

Ms. Perry has specific expertise in hiring chief information officers, chief digital officers, chief data officers chief technology officers, chief information security officers, and their leadership teams.​

She has worked with some of the world’s leading companies on the issues faced by their boards and executive teams around how they utilize technology, data, and digital and has helped them navigate where the best talent solutions exist to support their strategic technological transformation and change. Previously, Ms. Perry served as head of practice, digital, and technology; and head of practice, digital, and technology at Savannah Group. Prior to that, she was a partner with H.I. Executive Consulting (HIEC). Earlier in her career, she gained search experience with Korn Ferry.

In April, ZRG acquired RoseRyan Inc., a Silicon Valley-based provider of finance and accounting consulting solutions. “The nature of the workforce has evolved and having even greater bandwidth in the finance and accounting consulting sector through RoseRyan is fantastic,” said Mr. Hartmann. “This complements our current interim team, led by Mark Viner, and also adds important consulting capability to allow us to service a wide range of clients, who need support in accounting and HR.”

Since 1993, Campbell, CA-based RoseRyan has engaged over 1,000 clients on projects including outsourced accounting for start-ups, corporate governance, interim solutions, and strategic projects such as IPO readiness, SEC reporting, financial planning and modeling, technical accounting, audit support and mergers and acquisitions. The addition substantially expands ZRG’s consulting capabilities, adding to the firm’s West Coast presence and breadth of solutions for their clients.
