Wilson Appoints New CEO
July 20, 2026 – Global talent solutions provider Wilson has announced a planned leadership transition as founder and CEO John Wilson moves into a role on the board after nearly 24 years leading the company. Jean-Francois Vezina has been appointed CEO and will lead the next phase of Wilson’s growth and innovation.

Mr. Vezina joins Wilson with more than two decades of experience in talent solutions, workforce strategy, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, driven significant business growth, and helped organizations navigate change while maintaining a strong focus on people, culture, and client success.
