WilsonHCG Appoints Chief Marketing Officer

January 31, 2024 – Global talent solutions provider Wilson Human Capital Group (WilsonHCG) has named Marisa Kacary as its first chief marketing officer. “We’re thrilled to welcome Marisa to our executive team,” said John Wilson, CEO of WilsonHCG. “Marisa’s extensive experience in marketing and knowledge of the industry will be invaluable to WilsonHCG as we embark on our next stage of growth and further cement our position as a global leader in talent solutions.”

With more than 25 years of experience as a marketing leader in the talent acquisition and RPO space, Ms. Kacary brings a wealth of strategic marketing expertise to WilsonHCG and its subsidiary companies including its talent intelligence business, Claro, which the firm acquired in 2022. Previously, she served as chief marketing officer of Randstad Enterprise. Before that, Ms. Kacary was managing director – brand, marketing & communications for AMS. Prior to that, she was senior vice president, global head of marketing at Pontoon Solutions. Ms. Kacary formerly served as VP of global marketing, leadership, and talent consulting for Korn Ferry.

Ms. Kacary, who is based in the U.K., will lead WilsonHCG’s global marketing initiatives, with a focus on enhancing brand reputation and visibility, fostering deeper client engagement and driving growth across new markets. She is responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies that showcase the company’s RPO and talent acquisition expertise. “I am delighted to join WilsonHCG during such an exciting period of growth,” said Ms. Kacary. “I’ve known John for almost a decade so when the opportunity to join WilsonHCG arose, the decision was a no-brainer. Ms. Kacary’s appointment is the latest in a series of senior leadership appointments WilsonHCG has made in recent months. Janine Chidlow, who is based in the UK, joined the company in September with a remit to further expand WilsonHCG’s solutions offering and client base in EMEA. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the RPO, MSP and recruitment industry. Meanwhile, Charles Faigle, who has more than two decades of industry experience and is based in North America, also joined recently and is leading the charge to further grow WilsonHCG’s total talent solutions in the Americas.

WilsonHCG Acquires Claro Analytics
Wilson Human Capital Group (WilsonHCG) has acquired Claro Analytics as it continues to grow its talent intelligence capabilities. Claro Analytics, which was established in 2014 by Michael Beygelman, is a talent intelligence technology platform with unique capabilities to provide real-time talent market insights to help organizations make more evidence-based, strategic decisions about talent. “WilsonHCG identified a gap in the market for talent intelligence insights delivered ‘as a service’ that Claro Analytics was filling,” said John Wilson, CEO at WilsonHCG. In this competitive talent landscape, global organizations need access to real-time labor market data more than ever before, but many lack the resources to be able to collect and apply the insights.

“This acquisition means we’re able to provide even more comprehensive real-time talent insights to help organizations attract and retain talent,” he said. “I’ve known Michael for a number of years and his passion for innovation is unmatched.” The acquisition of Claro Analytics will pave the way for WilsonHCG to launch a new offering that will provide on-demand and outsourced talent intelligence services.

Last year, WilsonHCG has announced that two of its brands, Profile Search & Selection (Profile) and Personify, were fully integrated into WilsonHCG. The integration follows the acquisitions of Profile and Personify. Profile is an executive search firm with offices throughout Asia.
