True Forms Strategic Investment Partnership with Integrum Holdings

November 18, 2025 – Global talent provider True has formed an alliance with a new strategic investment partnership with Integrum Holdings LP, a private investment firm focused on partnering with tech-enabled professional services companies. Integrum’s investment will power True’s next phase of growth. The actual amount of the investment was not disclosed. “Integrum is an ideal growth partner for True,” said Scott A. Scanlon, co-founder and CEO of Hunt Scanlon Ventures. “Their investment thesis revolves around creating value by leveraging technology and talent. This alignment will enhance True’s next phase of growth and expansion.”

I could have stayed at their office all day. We saw the world the same way. New Board Members
Ms. Burns is a founder of Integrum and member of Integrum’s investment committee. She has extensive international experience in leading large companies that are facing technology sea changes within their industries. Ms. Burns was the chairman of the board of Xerox Corporation from 2010 to 2017 and CEO from 2009 to 2016, after having been appointed president in 2007.
Mr. Livingston is a member of the investment committee at Integrum. He brings to Integrum a combination of operating and investing experience built over decades of working with leading global companies. Previously, Mr. Livingston was a long-term member of KKR’s private equity investing and operating teams focused on financial services, business services and financial technologies.
Mr. Olson is a founder of Integrum and chairman of Integrum’s investment committee. He has over 2o years of investment and acquisition experience, most recently during an 18-year career at KKR, where he was involved in numerous transactions valued at more than $50 billion in the aggregate. Mr. Olson joined KKR in 2002 and led the firm’s financial services industry vertical. At KKR, he participated as a member of the firm’s investment committee and portfolio management committee within its Americas private equity business. He also served as a member of KKR’s inclusion & diversity committee and its investments, markets and distribution committee, which was KKR’s most senior governance body.

Mr. Rosenfeld is a member of the investment team at Integrum. Prior to joining Integrum, he was a managing director in private equity at Blackstone, focusing on healthcare and industrials. Mr. Rosenfeld was involved in Blackstone’s investments in HealthEdge, Precision Medicine Group, Copeland, Signature Aviation, Refinitiv, MB Aerospace, and NCR. Prior to Blackstone, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs
