True Appoints Vice Chairman

With more than 25 years of experience in the executive recruiting and leadership advisory industry, Mr. Kovach is a veteran in the executive search sector, having built and scaled significant businesses while personally leading hundreds of high-profile searches for blue-chip and mid-market private equity firms and public companies. He most recently served as a leading partner and head of the private equity practice at Spencer Stuart. In this role, Mr. Kovach worked with a team that supported clients across virtually all industries and functions, contributing significantly to the firm.
Alongside his leadership in private equity, Mr. Kovach was a core member of Spencer Stuart’s financial officer and board practices and has placed more than 500 executives at companies worldwide. His experience includes working with both public and private companies to shape management teams.

True recently launched a dedicated digital infrastructure practice. The new practice is led by managing director Steve Dargan, a U.K.-based industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience recruiting senior leaders across data centers, broadband, cloud, and next-generation connectivity. The practice will focus on partnering with investors, developers, and operators driving the expansion of digital infrastructure worldwide.
