Delta Top Talent Joins Forces with The ExeQfind Group and The QualiFind Group
November 18, 2025 – Delta Top Talent, a Mexico City-based retained executive search firm has merged with The ExeQfind Group and The QualiFind Group, two established search and recruitment firms with extensive coverage throughout the Americas and with network partners in Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The partnership combines Delta Top Talent’s deep expertise and local presence in Mexico and other parts of Latin America with The ExeQfind Group’s and The QualiFind Group’s established networks and experience in cross-border and international talent acquisition.

Delta Top Talent’s new brand will be a co-branded version of Delta Top Talent and The ExeQfind Group or The QualiFind Group for the first six months before adopting both brands after that.
