The Onstott Group Expands Search Team
October 30, 2020 – The Onstott Group, a Wellesley, MA-based search firm, has expanded with the addition of Christine Venditti as managing director.
Ms. Venditti over 20 years of executive recruiting experience scaling private equity and VC funded and public technology companies including CFO, CEO and CMO roles. Her background includes in house experience on Apple’s internal search team and partner roles with boutique search firms SRI Cheyenne, TMP and David Powell. In addition, she ran her own retained firm serving growth mode, VC-funded technology companies in the San Francisco Bay area.
Ms. Venditti’s areas of expertise in technology include E-commerce, AI/robotics/IoT, information services, enterprise technology, and digital media. Her search portfolio includes senior level hires for premier technology companies and investors as well as custom consulting talent projects for clients undergoing transformation and growth. A long time mentor at Stanford’s StartX Accelerator and a past mentor at Orange Fab, Ms. Venditti is also a member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events).

With a background in management consulting, Ms. Campbell brings a consultative approach to building high performance management teams. She has completed executive search assignments for clients in software, consumer products, non-profit, higher education, services and private equity industries.
