Solomon Page Appoints Head of Alternative Asset Management

January 30, 2024 – New York City headquartered executive search firm Solomon Page has expanded its financial services division with the appointment of Lissa Rosenthal as managing director and head of alternative asset management. Reporting to founding partner and managing director Scott Page, Ms. Rosenthal will be based in the New York City office and focused on expanding the global footprint of the financial services practice, particularly within hedge funds and alternative asset managers. “Through a meticulous and specialized process, Lissa will be applying her search expertise and deep-rooted understanding of investment strategies and talent assessment to identify and secure front-office talent and C-level executives,” the search firm said.

Ms. Rosenthal was previously managing director at Preeminence Advisors, Inc. She has also been vice president of talent acquisition at AQR Capital Management. Ms. Rosenthal also has experience in the investment management and industry at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Gleacher Fund Advisors, Olympia Capital Management, and Credit Suisse Securities, where she held various roles in asset allocation, manager selection, and derivatives sales and structuring.

In addition, he has built and led the financial services division since the firm’s inception in 1990. For 30 years, the practice has served global financial institutions including investment banks, alternative asset managers, private equity, and private family offices.

Recent Growth

This past September, Solomon Page expanded in Southern Florida with the addition of Sara Yacano, who focuses on growing the company’s presence in the region. She will be based on Boca Raton. Ms. Yacano joined the growing accounting and finance team in Florida, working with Kim Wheeler, vice president of accounting and finance. Previously, Ms. Yacano was a manager with AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC.


Solomon Page Expands Accounting and Finance Division
Solomon Page has expanded its accounting and finance division with the addition of Daniel Clark as vice president. Based in Orlando, FL, he will focus on growing the firm’s footprint throughout Central Florida. Reporting to managing director Howard Hecht, Mr. Clark will be working with clients on direct hire placements ranging from staff accountants to CFOs, with a primary emphasis on senior leadership. In conjunction with this new hire, the accounting and finance team has also seen recent expansion in Florida’s Boca Raton market, through Kim Wheeler and Lisa Goodman, who were hired back in 2021.


Solomon Page also recently expanded its healthcare staffing division by naming Tricia Weathers as vice president of business development. She leads business development initiatives under the direction of Ron DeGasperis. Based in Georgia, Ms. Weathers will be supporting the team on a national level, with an emphasized focus on building customized solutions for clients. “Through this relationship-driven approach, the team strives to grow its practice and develop deep-rooted connections with the facilities that continue to persevere and make an impact within the healthcare industry,” Solomon Page said.

Ms. Weathers has worked in the recruiting industry for over 20 years. During this time, she held both recruiting and business development positions, and worked both directly with healthcare facilities nationwide as well as partnered with managed service providers (MSPs) and vendor management systems (VMSs). In addition, she also made a shift to working on the healthcare client side, where she focused primarily on pharmaceutical benefit management.
