Rudish Health at Closing Stages of Chief Revenue Officer Search for Novant Health
November 8, 2024 – Boca Raton, FL-headquartered healthcare advisory and talent leadership firm Rudish Health was recently selected by Novant Health in Winston-Salem, NC, to lead its search for a senior vice president and chief revenue officer. This executive will provide centralized leadership for all revenue cycle functions for Novant Health. They will strategically oversee programs to ensure efficient operations of the organization’s revenue cycle program in order to generate sufficient cash flow to support operations and strategic initiatives.

Novant Health is looking to attract candidates with graduate degree. They will have 12+ years of experience in revenue cycle management and leading a revenue cycle function within a complex health system. A minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role is required. Extensive knowledge of hospital revenue cycle and regulatory requirements as they relate to the revenue cycle is also needed as well as significant experience with payers, providers, hospitals and physicians.
