Jerry Burris is the current President & CEO of Midwest Can Company. He currently serves on London, England-based nVent Electric plc (NYSE), and Mohawk Industries (NYSE: MHK). He previously served on the board of London, England-based Pentair plc (publically traded NYSE), Cincinnati based Fifth Third Bank (NASDAQ: FITB) and formerly West Chester, PA based Schramm Inc. (privately held by GenNx360 Capital Partners). Jerry also served as a Retained Advisor to GenNx360 Capital Partners. He is the former President & CEO, Associated Materials Inc. and Segment President Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE). Prior to joining Barnes Group, Mr. Burris held a number of senior management positions at General Electric Company (NYSE: GE), serving as President and CEO, GE Advanced Materials Quartz and Ceramics. Mr. Burris holds a B.S.E.E. degree from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She also led two successful investor transitions that delivered 4.5x and 8x returns and two strategic acquisitions that doubled the company’s valuation.
