Rudish Health Assists bioXcellerator with Chief Revenue Officer Search

April 10, 2025 – Boca Raton, FL-headquartered healthcare advisory and talent leadership firm Rudish Health has helped to recruit Beverly Tanabe as the new chief revenue officer bioXcellerator in Scottsdale, AZ. Nicole E. Brown, Laura Yancone, and Asmita Shah led the assignment.
Ms. Tanabe is a dedicated, passionate, results-driven executive with successful track record of 15 years driving all revenue-generating elements to achieve organizational business goals. Working with others on the executive team, she builds and executes strategic plans that align sales, marketing, and other revenue-focused functions to achieve growth. Previously, Ms. Tanabe was chief revenue officer and chief sales and marketing officer for Genomind. In this role, she lead the organization’s overarching commercialization strategy for the SaaS AI med tech product portfolio. Prior to this, Ms. Tanabe was chief sales and marketing officer for Equality Health. During her career, she has also held senior-level positions with Centene Corporation, Endeavor Health, ProCure Proton Therapy Center, Hollister Incorporated, and Baxter International.

Prior to joining Rudish Health Solutions, Ms. Rudish was a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting, where she served healthcare provider and health plan clients, delivering both strategy and operations engagements.
Ms. Brown is director, talent leadership services at Rudish. She is responsible for both executive search and interim assignments, placing CEOs, CFOs, COOs and other senior leaders at healthcare organizations across the country. Prior to joining Rudish Health, Ms. Brown’s 15-year management and human resources career focused primarily on higher education, with broad-based talent acquisition leadership experience for colleges and universities and consulting roles in professional services and not-for-profit organizations.
Ms. Shah is a vice president at Rudish Health, where she oversees the core executive search business. In this role she advises healthcare providers, health plans, and other healthcare companies on identifying exceptional talent in line with their missions. With 15+ years of management consulting experience, Ms. Shah is recognized for her experienced leadership partnering side-by-side with healthcare clients to solve their most challenging strategic and operational problems.
Ms. Yancone serves as manager, talent leadership services. She came to Rudish Health after almost nine years at Rochester Regional Health. There, she worked right across the recruiting and talent acquisition spaces, most recently as a talent acquisition manager with responsibilities at all levels of the system.
