Sam Wallace is a Technology Partner with Wilton & Bain, situated in Southern California. She has refined her experience over the last 20 years, working in the UK, Canada, and the US. Her clients range from Fortune 100 companies to early-stage hyper-growth firms. She is dedicated to partnering with Technology Executives to solve critical talent needs.

Recognized as a search industry leader, Sam specializes in placing Data, Analytics, AI, and Technology executives. She works within PE and Venture-backed firms and established Professional Services and Technology businesses.

Before joining Wilton & Bain, Sam was a Managing Director at a retained executive search boutique. There, she led the expansion of the North American Technology and Professional Services market. From 2007 to 2019, she held various senior roles at Korn Ferry. During her tenure, she relocated to the US, built a National team, and received the Korn Ferry Founders Award.

Sam passionately advocates for women in technology, supporting inclusion and diversity. She is a founding member of Chief, a private membership network for women executive leaders. She is also an active member of UPWARD and a contributor to the Forbes Business Council. Additionally, she serves as the US Chair for Wilton & Bain’s SWITCH network.
