Chloe joined WBMS as a Partner in September 2015, bringing multi-discipline experience from over 15 years in the industry with a real depth of expertise in resourcing specialists in HR, OD, People & Culture Change.
Prior to WBMS, Chloe led the HR Practice at Alium Partners Ltd alongside managing broader change related assignments for 8 years and previously set up and ran an interim practice at Courtenay HR Ltd, a specialist HR search & selection firm.
Chloe has a specific interest in the Legal and associated professional services sectors. At a time of unprecedented change to the legal competitive landscape, she thrives on working with clients to understand their operating context and then providing appropriate advice and support to change, build or fix constraints to the firm’s continued development.
Challenging clients’ thinking and helping push the boundaries around the potential options and solutions is a key part of her role.
