Chloe Watts is a Partner in Wilton & Bain’s People & Culture Practice leading on interim assignments. She joined Interim Management in September 2015, bringing multi-discipline experience from 20 years in the industry with a real depth of expertise in resourcing specialists in HR, OD, People & Culture Change. Prior to Wilton & Bain, Chloe built the HR Practice at Alium Partners Ltd alongside managing broader change related assignments for 8 years and previously set up and ran the interim practice at Courtenay HR Ltd.
Chloe has a real curiosity about how organisations work. She thrives on working with clients to understand their context and then providing appropriate advice and support to change, build or fix constraints to an organisation’s development. Challenging clients’ thinking and helping push the boundaries around the potential options and solutions is a key part of her role.
Alongside her recruiting responsibilities, Chloe co-chairs Wilton & Bain’s diversity networking group, SWITCH, regularly hosting content-led and social networking events. She also leads Wilton & Bain’s Coaching proposition as an AOEC-qualified executive coach.
Chloe gained an MA in Spanish & Business from the University of Edinburgh. Still occasionally dabbling in languages, she is married to a Dutchman and has two boys who they are trying to bring up bilingual.
