Oliver Bentley is a Partner in Wilton & Bain’s Interim Management practice, specialising in Business Transformation, Technology and Digital leadership across the Consumer sector. He appoints C-suite and C-1 interim leaders into corporate and private equity-backed businesses at critical points of change and value creation.
Oliver works with CEOs, Chairs, Managing Partners and Operating Partners on growth, performance improvement, post-acquisition integration and business and technology transformation. His approach starts with the commercial objective rather than the job title, identifying leaders who can accelerate execution and deliver measurable results.
Before joining Wilton & Bain, Oliver worked in Value Creation & Transformation Advisory at a leading UK interim management service provider, recognised by the Institute of Interim Management. Prior to this, he spent six years at a leading international digital and technology talent provider, leading the Technology Transformation team across the UK and Europe, partnering with major enterprise organisations on complex technology and digital transformation programmes.
