David Burton
Partner
David is a Partner in Wilton & Bain and is a member of the firm’s Global Professional and IT Services practice. With over 26 years in executive search, he has a wealth of experience spanning management and technology consulting; technology services & systems integration; Big 4 accounting, tax and advisory; business services, legal, and HR subsectors. He has successfully completed numerous international assignments, typically at Managing Partner/Partner and EVP/SVP/VP levels, and across multiple industry sectors, functions and horizontal competencies.
Before joining in Wilton & Bain in 2015, David spent 8 years with CTPartners where he was European Head of Professional & Technology Services and latterly a member of the firm’s Global Leadership Team. Prior to this, he spent 11 years with Korn/Ferry International, where he was Senior Client Partner in the firm’s Global Technology & Professional Services Practice.
David is an Economics graduate of the University of Wales, and spent 3 years with Arthur Andersen post-graduation before entering the search industry.
