Hannah Robb

Hannah Robb is a Partner in Wilton and Bain’s Executive Search practice. Prior to Wilton & Bain, as an Associate Partner at Eastward Partners, Hannah worked to bring Human Capital Advisory Services and Solutions to boutique middle market Advisors across the US. She has been responsible for moving teams and small acqui-hires onto new platforms (notably: the acquisition of Amherst Partners to Capstone Partners) along with several significant Executive Appointments in the space.

As part of her work she leverages bespoke data and analytics solutions to enhance her team’s capabilities in Search. As part of this work, Hannah publishes regular Market Reports, capturing the correlation between macro-economic trends and human capital statistics such as supply/demand, geo-location mapping, diversity statistics and overall hiring trends.

She has been invited to share her findings at National and Regional panels as a Human Capital expert, reporting on the volatility of hiring trends in the distressed space.

Hannah is an alum from the University of Leeds and began her career in London before moving to the US in 2019. Before moving to the US, Hannah spearheaded her prior firm’s entry into several new markets, leading Executive Search mandates in M&A, Corporate Strategy and Development markets across Europe.

She is based in Blackburn with her husband.
