Jason Rommer joined Wilton & Bain Interim Management as a Partner in summer 2014. He was tasked with building and expanding the “Customer and Growth” Practice.

With a robust background in consumer-focused industries, Jason began his career in the trading team of a prominent UK retailer. He gained extensive experience in Buying, Merchandising, and Supply Chain. Transitioning into recruitment, he accrued over 15 years of executive recruitment expertise. Before Wilton & Bain, Jason led the Consumer practice at a top 3 Interim provider, earning recognition as a finalist for the IIM Executive Interim Recruiter of the Year 2013.

Whilst being at Wilton & Bain, Jason has driven growth across Consumer Markets. He has leveraged his industry insights and diverse recruitment background. He specialises in placing leaders across Programme Leadership, Commercial Strategy, Procurement, and Supply Chain roles. His dedication to client and candidate satisfaction, combined with his drive for results, earned him accolades such as the IIM Leading Consultant in 2019 and 2020.
