Nellooli ‘Raj’ Rajasekharan

Mr. Rajasekharan, based in Bangalore India, is the founder of Guru Management Consulting a founding member firm of Meridian Partners International.  His 30 years’ experience and a combination of change management and strategic consultancy experience has enabled him to develop and implement customized solutions in complex business environments that have resulted in long-term client partnerships.

Raj, in addition, outstanding consulting experience, has led the Human Resources and Administration functions for large multinational organizations (including not-for-profit) in multiple countries.  His successful experiences include multinational NGO’s, like CCMYT (The International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center), and ICARDA (International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas).  Earlier in his career, he functioned as Director, Strategic Advisory Services for HR for The IWMI (International Water Management Group) and was a Planning and Program Manager for QATARGAS, the largest LNG producing company in the world.

Raj is a member of Mensa International and has published “Competency Web – The Corporate DNA”, several novels, short stories, and music. He holds a BS in Zoology and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola College of Social Sciences in India. He has traveled and lived in several countries and is multilingual.
