Mr. Ferreira, based in Sao Paulo, is a Partner with Reciprhocal HR, a member firm of Meridian Partners International. He has over 15 years of professional experience in both consulting and senior level Human Resources roles. Prior to joining Reciprhocal, he held key leadership roles at Banco Santander, ABN AMRO. His practice focuses on the implementation of Human Resources strategy through the formulation of guidelines and policies and building processes and programs to ensure appropriate talent management and leadership development. Key components include the development and administration of HR Indicators; development and implementation of communication plans; elaboration of strategies for Union negotiations; organizational restructuring, etc.
As Director of Human Resources at Banco Santander, he led and restructured of the Recruitment and Selection area, led the Organizational Development function, and was responsible for Corporate Education Leadership and Leadership Development. While head of Leadership Consulting at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, he led the development of leadership programs in the bank’s network (Dubai, Russia, Luxembourg, The Netherlands) as well as the global coaching policies.
Aside from his native Brasil, Marco has lived in both Europe and the USA. He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters and Ph.D. in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He holds Executive Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD.
