Andre Bruttin

Dr. Bruttin, based in Sao Paulo, is a founding partner of Reciprhocal, a member firm of Meridian Partners International.  Mr. Bruttin has over 20 Years of experience in Human Resources, in national and multinational companies of medium and large size. His practice focus is working with organizations on organizational change processes, HR policies and practices, coaching services and workshops.  Prior to cofounding Reciprhocal, he was an Organizational Development Manager for Armco do Brasil S.A.

Dr. Bruttin has Extensive experience in the implementation of people management processes in SMEs and startups in the implementation of Organizational Development programs and is a specialist in to culture and organizational climate.  He is a trained psychologist and has 15 years of Coaching with a focus on executive development. He is a professor and a Coordinator and lecturer at the Organizational Psychology Center at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He also served as a professor of Business Administration at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

Dr. Bruttin is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.  He earned his Ph.D., Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.  He has additional certifications in organizational psychology from Cal State Hayward and IBMEC in Brasil.
