Mr. Dal Lago, based in Sao Paulo, is a founding partner of Reciprhocal, an HR strategic management consultancy. In May 2001 founded RECIPRHOCAL, positioned to make organizational diagnostics, develop and implement HR policies and practices, coaching services, and thematic presentations. Prior to Reciprhocal, Mr. Dal Lago developed his career in medium-sized and large national and multinational companies including Eutectic, Castolin, and Armco do Brazil S.A), He was an active participant in the management buy-out which resulted in Armco of Brazil’s nationalization.
He has ten years line operational management experience in industrial companies, and then ten years in Human Resource leadership roles. Mr. Dal Lago has participated in several international events in the US, Europe, and Latin America. He is currently a postgraduate teacher in EAESP-FGV-SP and also in FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração. Is also an amateur chef and wine connoisseur. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and wrote a dissertation titled “The consistency between desired organizational values and human resources management – a study through culture change”.
