Mark is a Partner in Wilton & Bain’s Specialist Hires division where he leads Sales and Marketing hiring for the technology sector.
He has been in executive recruitment for over 9 years, working closely with a vast range of software, services, SaaS, digital and data providers in tech and telecoms. These range from seed-funded startups to VC backed scale ups to large FTSE 100 established corporates. He has supported organisations across their commercial hiring in sales and marketing often whilst undergoing rapid growth, transition or turnaround.
Mark joined Wilton and Bain in 2016 from a small boutique firm where he built and developed sales and marketing teams from VP down.
