Phil joined Wilton & Bain in 2018 as a Client Principal and as part of the firm’s global Legal practice build-out.
With 8 years executive search experience in transactional legal areas and front office investment banking, Phil is focused on the origination & execution of senior search mandates and placement of lawyers into private practice and in-house roles across Corporate, Finance, Capital Markets, Private Equity and US Law.
Prior to Wilton & Bain, Phil spent four years at a leading Legal search boutique and began his executive search career placing investment bankers within IBD product & sector teams.
