Nic is a Principal within our Specialist Hires division, focusing on Mid to Senior level Technology Roles.

Since 2004 he has been recruiting IT professionals into organisations ranging in size from Start-Ups through to Global Tier 1 Banks. During this time he has worked on Director Level searches for senior individuals and led larger projects to upscale whole Technology Centersfrom CTO level down.

Whatever the assignment, what he enjoys most is taking interesting opportunities to market and helping his clients to engage with diverse, and often inactive pools of talent.
