Founding Partner
Ben Co-founded Wilton & Bain in 2001. He created the business with the ambition of becoming the number one human capital advisory business dedicated to the technology and professional services industries.
During his time as Co-CEO he grew the business from a two person start up to the independently rated number one human capital advisory business in its dedicated sectors, with global offices and frequent appearances in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 of fastest growing UK Private firms.
In 2017 the company secured a private equity investment and the associated MBO, Ben moved from Co- CEO to leadership of the new board.
Ben still operates as a partner and advises clients within the technology and professional services segment on the full range of human capital and leadership advisory services.
