Jake Barto is a Managing Partner with Quick Leonard Kieffer, working closely with clients, candidates, and QLK colleagues to achieve successful placements that align leadership talent with organizational needs. He has established himself as a strong partner who recognizes the critical importance of clear communication and consistently implements this philosophy in every search he manages, engaging all key stakeholders to accomplish a mutually satisfying outcome. Those who have worked with Jake have noted their appreciation for his transparency and forthrightness through each step of the process. Jake joined Quick Leonard Kieffer in 2009, taking on increasing responsibility until stepping into his current position in 2016.
