Chris joined JM Search in 2015 as a member of the firm’s Technology team. He principally focuses on recruiting leaders for private equity-backed Software businesses.

Chris joined JM Search after a successful tenure at Gravitas Executive & Board Search, a boutique executive search firm, where he was the company’s first hire in 2009. He initially helped to launch and grow the firm, supporting business development, marketing, and leading the adoption of the firm’s ATS/CRM tools. As the firm grew, he built the firm’s research function and transitioned into full-cycle recruitment where he led and supported senior retained searches across a variety of industries and functions.

Chris is married and resides in Radnor, PA with his wife and their daughter. In addition to spending free time with his family, Chris enjoys golf, running, cooking, fly fishing, and woodworking. He earned a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Villanova University.
