Lindsay has over 25 years of experience in recruitment and business development and has had success in executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent acquisition. She is a member of the Industrial practice at JM Search, where she focuses on recruiting for manufacturing and distribution companies across diverse industry segments. She recruits functional leaders and their direct reports in areas that include marketing, sales, operations, finance, supply chain, human resources and product development. During her time with JM Search, she has recruited for both private equity backed and privately held companies.

Before joining JM Search early in 2017, Lindsay spent nine years with CertainTeed/Saint Gobain, a recognized leader in the Building Materials industry. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, Lindsay partnered with internal stakeholders to fill key positions across all five CertainTeed businesses in functional areas that included Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, R&D and Marketing. Additionally, throughout her tenure with CertainTeed, Lindsay supported all business units in plant operations, engineering and sales in the US and Canada.

Lindsay has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Rosemont College. She lives in Malvern, PA, enjoys the culinary arts and has a passion for animals.
