Ben Millrood

Ben Millrood is a Partner and co-leader of the Information Technology Executives Practice at JM Search. Ben brings more than 30 years of IT management consulting and leadership experience with companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 enterprises. Ben has a diverse industry background working with global and domestic commercial enterprises in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, transportation and energy. He also brings deep expertise in business and IT transformations including organizational design, operating models, governance and talent management.

Prior to joining JM Search, Ben served as an executive leader at Gartner Consulting for more than 15 years where he was most recently Group Vice President of Global Commercial Industries. In this role, Ben directed a $235MM strategy consulting business in a matrixed business structure consisting of more than 90 partners and 500 consulting associates across multiple geographies. He held direct responsibility for industry segments spanning consumer products and retail, manufacturing, energy, health care, finance and insurance, high tech and telecom. Ben’s core leadership responsibilities included strategic go-to-market planning, marketing and business development, customer relations and retention, revenue growth, financial management, recruiting and operations, and contract negotiation.

Ben is married, and resides in King of Prussia, PA and Hilton Head, SC. He has two daughters; one who attends Tulane University and one at University of Colorado, Boulder. Ben graduated Tulane University with a BA in International Relations. Ben’s post-graduate work focused on international business at the University of Maryland. He is a dedicated athlete who can often be found road cycling, running, swimming or enjoying a brilliant hike. He loves to cook, landscape and is always ready to enjoy a great Philadelphia team sporting event.
