Polachi Inc. Appoints Principal

October 18, 2019 – Recruiters in the search industry continue to climb the ladder within their respective firms. Just recently, executive search firm Polachi Inc. promoted John Atsalis to principal.
Since joining Polachi in 2015, Mr. Atsalis has executed on an extensive portfolio of retained C-suite and VP searches for high growth technology companies ranging from venture to private equity and the Fortune 500. He specializes in recruiting impactful executives in all functional areas (CFO, CRO, CTO, CMO and respective VP-level) for clients across the technology spectrum (enterprise, consumer, fintech, digital health, robotics and aerospace).
Notable clients Mr. Atsalis has collaborated with include Zerto, Socure, Bevi, Accion Systems, HqO, ETQ, Charles River Development, AspenTech and PTC. With this promotion to principal, Mr. Atsalis will focus on building relationships with founders, executives and investors in Boston and across the country.
Prior to Polachi, Mr. Atsalis served in the U.S. Air Force. He received a bachelor’s degree in physics from the College of the Holy Cross.

Polachi placed Tony Callini as the CFO of iZotope, a music-focused tech company. Charley Polachi spearheaded the assignment. For over 25 years, Mr. Callini has gained extensive financial and operational leadership experience, specifically in helping to lead innovative companies through periods of growth and transformation, while capitalizing on new opportunities.
Polachi placed former Monotype legal executive Dawn Rogers as the new general counsel of Veracode in Burlington, MA. Partner Charley Polachi spearheaded the assignment. “Rogers’ impressive and versatile background makes her a powerhouse addition to Veracode’s mission to put innovative, worry-free security software in the hands of every business they work with,” said Mr. Polachi.
Polachi placed Stephanie Baker Lucey as the new chief people officer of NASDAQ-traded Bottom Line Technologies in Portsmouth, NH. “We know Steph’s experience navigating organizational complexities will make her a great fit for our client Bottomline Technologies,” said search firm partner Charley Polachi, who spearheaded the assignment.
