Penrhyn Elects New Chairman
April 29, 2016 – Penrhyn International, a global network of executive search firms, has appointed Michael Herst (pictured) as chairman and Charles Lew as director and treasurer.
Mr. Herst, a partner at U.K. member Osprey Clarke, has played an active role since joining the Penrhyn board in 2012, including periods as both treasurer and vice chairman.
Outgoing chair Connie Adair, managing partner of U.S. member Taylor Winfield, said: “It has been an honor to serve as chair for the last four years; we have been able to implement real change in our organization over this period which has allowed us to deliver ever greater levels of search capabilities to our international clients. I am excited to continue working alongside Michael in building an even stronger future for Penrhyn in my new role as vice chairman.”
“I am greatly honored to have taken on the role of chairman of Penrhyn International at such an important time in our development,” said Mr. Herst. “Under my predecessor Connie Adair’s expert stewardship, we have seen our organization evolve into a leading executive search network, whose success has been built around combining a genuine global footprint with locally driven industry insight and market intelligence, in order to deliver access to world class talent for our clients.”
