Panorama Adds ALSpective to Roster

January 3, 2019 – Panorama, a global network of independent executive search firms, has added international consulting and search firm ALSpective Group as its newest member firm.

ALSpective is an international executive search firm offering leadership consulting, governance and strategy. The firm has offices in Paris, Geneva and Tunis. Albert Hiribarrondo serves as the group’s managing partner and CEO.

Mr. Hiribarrondo advises numerous public and private leaders, elected officials, boards members and C-suite officers, in France and globally, on executive search, leadership and strategic issues. He covers many sectors, including industry and infrastructure and construction. Mr. Hiribarrondo is also an expert in a number of fields in which he has strong practices and networks, such as private higher education and research centers (universities, engineering schools, business schools), public and non-profit sectors at large, both in France and abroad.

“ALSpective will be a key contributor to the network thanks to its more than 20 years’ worth of experience in the areas of executive search, strategic advisory and leadership consulting services within large organizations in both Europe and Africa,” Panorama said in a news release.

Through its 21 partner firms, Panorama brings together experience across all industries: private, public and third-sector organizations. The organization has over 40 offices and more than 170 consultants throughout America, Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania.

Continued Expansion

Panorama and The Global Community for Leaders (TGCL) recently joined forces to consolidate their presence across five continents. “The merger aligns synergetic geographic footprints, with TGCL bringing critical mass in Europe and Latin America to Panorama’s strength in America, Asia, and Oceania,” said the organizations in a statement.
