ON Partners Recruits CEO for nView Health
February 22, 2022 – Tara Flickinger of ON Partners recently assisted in the recruitment of John Letter as the new chief executive officer of nView Health, a provider of evidence-based software and solutions used by research organizations and healthcare professionals. Mr. Letter, an experienced healthcare executive, comes to nView after most recently serving as president and chief operating officer of SleepCharge, a virtual sleep healthcare provider focused on improving the health and well-being of employer populations. Before that, Mr. Letter spent more than 22 years in general management, leading teams and businesses within the Coca-Cola system.
At nView, Mr. Letter will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. He will work alongside a team of leaders focused on building evidence-based digital health tools “that help providers gather the right data to make the right diagnoses at the right time to better optimize clinical outcomes and financial performance,” the company said.

ON Partners Places Two Key Executives for Niche
ON Partners recently assisted in the recruitment of Kelly Lavin and Paul Moore, the latest executive team appointments for fast-growing Niche, a company that developed a platform of rankings on schools, colleges, and places to live. Ms. Lavin becomes the Pittsburgh, PA-based company’s first people officer. Mr. Moore is the new vice president of engineering. Leading the assignment for the search firm were partners Jake Espenlaub and Danny Bolger along with consultant Alex Peters.
Ms. Flickinger serves as a partner and focuses on C-level executives across functions in PE/VC, consumer technology and industrial/manufacturing. Based in the Atlanta office, she works closely with clients to clearly understand their hiring needs and to ensure a smooth, efficient and successful search process, said the firm.

ON Partners recently assisted in the placement of Zack McGahey as chief operating officer of Antheia, a synthetic biology company enabling next-generation plant-inspired medicines.
