ON Partners Recruits CEO for MacStadium
November 27, 2023 – Co-president Matt Mooney and partner Jake Espenlaub of ON Partners have recruited Kenneth Tacelli as the new president and CEO of MacStadium, an Atlanta-based Mac cloud provider. He succeeds co-founder Gregory McGraw, who has transitioned to executive chair of the MacStadium board of directors. Mr. McGraw recently announced his retirement after a 12 year tenure building and leading the company. “We are thrilled to welcome Ken to MacStadium and are confident that his extensive operating and leadership experience will help the company continue to meet and exceed the evolving needs of our client base and support our continued growth,” said Mr. McGraw. As executive chair, Mr. McGraw will work closely with Mr. Tacelli and the MacStadium leadership team to help ensure a smooth and successful transition.

Mr. Tacelli has served in leadership roles at a number of technology-led companies and brings significant expertise in go-to-market strategies and operations to this new role. Most recently, he served as COO and division president for Domino Data Labs, an enterprise MLOps platform company.. Before that, he held senior executive positions at several companies, including Alfresco, Datawatch Corporation, OpenText, CA Technologies, and EMC, where he led key strategic, organizational and operational improvement initiatives and played a central role in executing several acquisitions.

Mr. Davis has over two decades of experience in product roles across various stages of growth and post-IPO B2B companies. He specializes in devising growth-focused product strategies catering to both enterprise and SMB markets. Mr. Davis previously served as vice president of product management at Sauce Labs, where he spearheaded the strategy and execution of testing applications, implemented product-led growth tactics and optimized user acquisition, conversion and retention.
