NGS Global Expands in Paris

December 23, 2019 – Executive search firm NGS Global has continued its recent expansion by adding Fariman Felisa, Emmanuel Caron and Michel Felisa as managing directors on its Paris team.

“We are delighted to have recruited Fariman, Emmanuel and Michel to NGS Global,” said David Nosal, chairman of NGS Global. “They are not only recognized as thought leaders in their market, but also have excellent reputations that extend throughout Europe and have significant relationships with multinationals around the world. Before that, he co-founded a specialized digital search company. Mr. Caron began his career in executive search as a partner at global search firms Odgers Berndtson, Signium International and Intersearch. In his early career, he spent more than 10 years in various C-level human resources positions for multinational corporations.

Mr. Felisa held the executive leadership and coaching responsibilities at CrossLinks. He has led coaching and learning assignments across a broad range of sectors. Mr. Felisa’s professional experience outside of coaching includes his tenure as director of licensing EMEA at Fisher-Price, managing director of Annick Goutal Fragrances, vice president of licensing at Per Spook and general manager of Descamps in New York, where he was responsible for brand’s expansion in the U.S.

“We are excited to join one of the premier global executive search firms in the world, NGS Global,” said the team of new managing partners in a statement. “We have been in discussions with them for some time and feel that their philosophy, values and high-touch approach closely align with the values that we hold true to ourselves.”
