Kaye/Bassman Names Managing Partner
August 10, 2020 – Recruiters in the search industry continue to climb the ladder within their respective firms. Just recently, Plano, TX-based executive search firm Kaye/Bassman International Corp. promoted Nasrin Akter to managing partner in its insurance and risk practice. The firm said she will be “leading the team with mentoring and developing the search consultants and project consultants under her.”
Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Ms. Akter came from a background in health and wellness. She earned a degree in exercise science, then moved on to placing physician executives at a multi-billion-dollar corporation, and quickly obtained the title of a senior search consultant. She subsequently transitioned into the risk management and insurance division at Kaye/Bassman. “She has qualified for Kaye/Bassman’s top performer’s pacesetter trips and was promoted to help run the division,” the firm said.
“Ms. Akter’s prior experience in health and wellness helps her to understand her clients on a higher level,” the firm said. Ms. Akter has the industry experience of working with clients as small as $3 million in total volume up to $3 billion in revenue across the nation.
