International Executive Search Federation Adds New Member Firm in Austria

September 27, 2022 – The International Executive Search Federation (IESF) has expanded in Austria with the addition of YBM Partners as its newest member firm. “Our expansion with Austria as the traditional gate to Eastern Europe is in line with the strategy of IESF as a growing international organization to be stronger represented in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe,” the search network said.

“As a new member of our network, we welcome YBM Partners,” said Gertjan van de Groep, president of IESF. “With their presence in Austria, it gives our organization a broader representation, both from our existing members to this newcomer and vice versa. We’re now strongly represented and connected in the region as well, with strong partners in Germany, Switzerland, and Italy. We’re looking forward to sharing knowledge, learning from each other, and working on cross border assignments together.”

Yenni Benze – Mantwill is YBM Partners’ founder and managing director. For over 25 years, she has been a passionate consultant in international executive search as well as in strategy consultancy at Amrop, Kearney, and General Electric Capital.

The organization recently named Mr. van de Groep of IESF The Netherlands (Van de Groep & Olsthoorn Executive Searchas its new president. He took over from Victor Carulla from IESF Spain (Headway Executive Search) who stepped down after completing three years as president. “I’m looking forward to serving as president.
