IIC Partners Elects Three New Board Members

November 12, 2019 – IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide has elected Sam Dinte, Agnieszka Jablonska and Thayanie Ujino to its board of directors.

Mr. Dinte is a vice president at Dinte Executive Search in Washington, D.C. With a focus on the aerospace and defense industry, Dinte Executive Search is an advisor to Fortune 500 corporations with a stated mission of changing the trajectory of both candidates and client organizations. Mr. Dinte works with clients to resolve complex business problems by blending executive search and human capital strategy capabilities.

Ms. Jablonska is an executive board member at BIGRAM in Warsaw responsible for top management recruitment. She focuses on finding senior executive talent in consumer goods, information technology and telecommunications, and professional services.

Ms. Ujino is a managing partner at Fesa Group, Brazil. She is a member of the IIC Partners’ financial services group and conducts senior-level search assignments across the eight regional offices in the country, mainly with insurance and reinsurance, commercial banks and wholesale banks.

“Through IIC Partners we can provide our clients with a more complete talent management solution and have access to different references being practiced and developed around the globe,” said Ms. Ujino. “I am very excited to contribute to a global board of directors dedicated to serving this network of robust partners who are trusted advisors to their clients.”

In addition, Renee Arrington was appointed as vice chair, Americas. Ewa Olszewski was elected as vice chair, EMEA. And Anne Stuckey was re-appointed vice chair, Asia Pacific.

Over the past year, IIC Partners has seen a wave of growth. Just recently, the consortium expanded with the addition of Farber’s Interim Management and Executive Search practice. Farber’s search practice, with professionals based in Toronto and Vancouver, specializes in carrying out interim management and executive search assignments across a broad variety of industry sectors for all senior leadership and C-suite functions. Farber Interim Management & Executive Search is a service offering of Farber, an independent business advisory firm that provides practical solutions to complex financial and operating problems.

The spring, it announced the appointment of five new leaders to its practice groups. Stephan Breitfeld, partner of Ingeniam Executive Search & Human Capital Consulting in Frankfurt has led IIC Partners’ life sciences and healthcare practice group since July. John Wilhelm, a vice president at Dinte Executive Search, became deputy leader of the firm’s industrial practice group. Louise Gatenby, managing partner and co-founder of the Orcid Partnership, became deputy leader of the firm’s consumer and retail practice group. William Lacon, a partner at CurzonTrinitas, has taken on the role of deputy leader of IIC Partners’ energy practice group. Allan Laurie, a director with de JAGER Executive Search, now leads the firm’s technology, digital media and telecommunications practice group.

The organization also recently added the Orcid Partnership in Liverpool, England as a member firm. Orcid Partnership became the organization’s third office in the U.K. and will strengthen IIC Partners’ consumer and retail practice across the EMEA region. The firm is a senior executive and non-executive search and leadership consultancy. For over a decade, the firm has worked in a range of consumer, retail, B2B and service sectors supporting the recruitment and development of senior talent. Judy Atchison is the founding partner.
