November 27, 2017 – Executive search firm Harvard Group International has expanded with the addition of Kerry J. Francis to its leadership team as a managing director.

Ms. Francis specializes in working with the C-suite and boards of global companies where she has advised and coached executives and leaders though post-merger transitions, business transformations and reorganizations. Beyond executive search, Ms. Francis will be developing and enhancing new services within the firm. Those will be focused on organizational development, talent management, onboarding and other key offerings “to ensure that not only does the firm find the right candidates to fit its clients’ strategic and operational needs, but that we do all we can to ensure successful onboarding and transition – both for the hiring manager and the successful candidate,” the firm said in a statement.

“Kerry brings an amazing pedigree in global corporate talent management and exciting ideas on how HGI can create significantly more value for our clients in the scope of organization design and talent management consulting,” said Chuck Cain, practice leader for consumer & business services. HGI is also focused on developing “opportunities for our clients and the people they hire to greatly improve the success of the onboarding process,” said Mr. Cain. “As a firm that prides itself on placing highly-effective executives into great new opportunities, Kerry’s expertise will only increase the success our clients experience through our placements.”
