GHP Search Partners with Christel House International to Add Seven Cabinet Members

November 5, 2025 – GHP Search, formerly known as Greenwich Harbor Partners, was recently engaged by Christel House International to assist in expanding its Expansion Campaign Cabinet. New cabinet members identified by GHP Search include: Rushi Amin, COO, Post Trade Engineering at Citadel; Joahne Carter, chief marketing officer at Semaine Health; Derek Koecher, vice president corporate strategy at T-Mobile; Elena Pinakatt, former global VP, marketing and commercial analytics & insights, The Coca-Cola Company; Vishal Patel, head of partnerships & product commercialization, Santander US; and Srivastav Sethupathy, former global vice president – open banking at Mastercard.
Mr. Amin is COO of Post Trade Engineering at Citadel. Previously, he held senior program and product management roles at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he led strategic initiatives in digital banking, trading platforms, cloud adoption, and platform resiliency. With a career spanning front-to-back post-trade technology and enterprise-scale engineering, Mr. Amin is recognized for building resilient platforms, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and performance in global markets.
Ms. Carter is chief marketing officer of Semaine Health. Previously, she was chief marketing officer for PDC BRANDS, where she oversaw a $750 million portfolio of personal care and beauty brands, and directed a team of 32, to drive growth, brand equity, and consumer engagement. She is a passionate brand builder and general manager with over 20 years of experience driving growth and transformation across the consumer goods and health sectors. She has held senior leadership roles at P&G, Estée Lauder, Kraft, Ricola, Johnson & Johnson, and Kenvue.
Mr. Koecher is VP of corporate strategy at T-Mobile leading initiatives in B2B, broadband, IoT, and satellite-to-device communications. Previously, he was with Liberty Latin America, Verizon, CenturyLink, and Qwest, where he drove transformative strategies, executed major M&A transactions, and delivered revenue and market expansion across global markets. Recognized for guiding ventures through all stages of corporate development, Mr. Koecher is passionate about empowering teams, forging impactful partnerships, and translating bold strategies into commercial success.
Mr. Patel serves as the head of deposit product strategy & management at Santander US, where he leads the development and execution of strategies that drive growth and innovation across the bank’s deposit portfolio. Prior to joining Santander, he was vice president of product & global partnerships at American Express. With over 15 years of experience in the payments and financial services industry, Mr. Patel is a seasoned strategy and growth executive known for driving product commercialization, launching strategic partnerships, and leading global market expansion.
Ms. Pinakatt is former global VP, marketing and commercial analytics & insights of The Coca-Cola Company, where she turned around the $17 billion global juice portfolio, accelerated Coke Zero into double-digit growth, and built a marketing analytics platform that delivered $100 million+ in annual savings. Today, Ms. Pinakatt partners with PE-backed portfolio companies, high-growth ventures, and Fortune 100 organizations to harness marketing as a growth engine spanning brand strategy, AI and analytics, go-to-market acceleration, and organizational change.

Mr. Sethupathy is former global vice president – open banking, Mastercard. Mr. Sethupathy is a forward-thinking technology executive with deep expertise in driving digital transformation across fintech, edtech, digital media, and internet advertising.

Ms. Pryor has over 20 years of senior executive search experience. She has recruited board directors, CEOs and their direct reports, as well as partners for private equity firms. In addition to holding a board seat with the New York Pops, she serves as an advisory board member for Constellation Ventures. A veteran of the internet space since the early ’90s, she has deep experience in digital media, entertainment, and private equity.
Mr. Pryor focuses on senior-level assignments for general management, sales, marketing, and digital transformation. He specializes in recruiting executives using his four years as CFO and CEO of a venture-backed start-up, 10 years at General Electric Capital, and 20 years in international finance and investment banking. Mr. Pryor has served on public, private, and non-profit boards, and chaired the audit committee for the NBA’s Boston Celtics.
