FIND Executive Consulting Launched New York

June 1, 2018 – FIND Executive Consulting recently opened its doors in New York City. The firm was launched by former Martens & Heads! search consultants Kate Benson, Theresa Fuchs-Santiago and Jennifer Puckett. FIND’s industry focus spans the worlds of fashion, beauty, retail, luxury and lifestyle.

“We launched FIND to apply our global expertise and decades of experience and pair it with a personalized, focused and, most importantly, authentic approach to executive search and talent acquisition,” the firm said. “At FIND we recruit for executive roles from director level to CEO, and cover functional areas related to all things product, brand, commercial, general management and operations.”

FIND partners with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar corporations, “who at their core, share a passion for dynamic and sustainable businesses built around outstanding talent,” the firm said. “Most importantly, while we are always curious about new technologies, trends and love innovation, our ultimate goal is to bring the ‘human’ quotient back into human resources, talent acquisition and executive recruiting.”

Ms. Benson has more than 20 years of combined industry expertise and executive search experience. She worked in retail and home furnishings before joining YSL Parfums. Her search career began at Rene Plessner Associates. She later worked at Herbert Mines Associates and she was a founding member of Martens & Heads! Her deep knowledge of consumer businesses extends to fashion and retail.

Ms. Fuchs-Santiago brings over 15 years of global executive search experience. Her search career began at Spencer Stuart in Vienna, then Herbert Mines Associates in New York, before she became a founding member of Martens & Heads! in 2003. She spent 14 years building her international fashion and luxury network across the U.S., EMEA and Asia while utilizing her bi-cultural background to develop a global industry perspective.

Ms. Puckett said her career is best divided into two parts: Her time spent growing, operating and leading subsidiaries of European lifestyle brands, and her executive search experience. On the brand side, she worked as companies such as Parfums Nina Ricci, Bally of Switzerland, Wolford and Dyptique. On the executive search side, Ms. Puckett gained early experience at Rene Plessner Associates, before spending 10 years at Martens & Heads!
