Each Managing Director has not only 20 plus years of retained search experience but also brings a deep level of prior industry experience. Its Managing Directors have been CFO’s, CIO’s, Partners in Consulting, and Sales and Marketing Executives. This strong operating and consulting expertise makes them uniquely qualified to ensure the executives they recruit possess the industry and functional skill sets as well as the organizational aptitude for success.
