Diversified Search Recruits CHRO for Population Services International

September 30, 2019 – Philadelphia-based Diversified Search has placed Brandon Guzzone as the new CHRO of Population Services International (PSI) in Washington, D.C. Judy Boreham, co-leader of the firm’s human resources practice, led the assignment.

Mr. Guzzone has a track record in translating business strategies into effective communications plans that engage and influence employees. Previously, he was chief human capital officer of Millennium Challenge Corp., a U.S. government agency designed to work with some of the poorest countries in the world. In this position, he led a team of HR business partners responsible for all aspects of domestic and overseas human capital activities for an international development organization. His team supported scientific and technical staff in 22 countries across the globe.

Before that, Mr. Guzzone was the chief learning officer for the Department of Energy. During his career, he also held various roles with Health Resources and Services Administration and STG International.

In his role with PSI, Mr. Guzzone will lead a team of HR experts who provide human capital guidance and advice to PSI’s global workforce. Specific areas of responsibility include: benefits, employee relations, global mobility, HR technology and innovation, learning and development, performance management, recruitment and total rewards.
