Boyden Adds HR Specialist In Pittsburgh
June 28, 2016 – Executive search firm Boyden has added Tracy Grajewski as a partner in its Pittsburgh office.
Ms. Grajewski previously founded Laurel Summit Insights, a consulting firm geared to the business needs of clients undergoing transformation. Before that, she served as senior vice president of human resources at integrated delivery insurer Highmark Health, where she led an organizational redesign in tandem with the integration of a large acquisition. Earlier in her career, she served as VP of human resource operations at Highmark. She also gained experience as a partner at HR consulting firm Mercer and served as senior director of human resources at Merck.
“Tracy’s expertise in change leadership, talent acquisition and executive coaching will reinforce Boyden’s presence both at regional and national levels,” said Thomas Flannery, leader of Boyden’s board services practice in North America and managing partner at Boyden Pittsburgh. “In addition, her previous experience as a senior executive in healthcare and life sciences will bring extremely valuable sector experience to Boyden.”
Boyden has recently made hires across several areas, including:
- The firm recently named Sébastien Zuchowski as a partner in its Montreal office. His focus is on senior level assignments in the technology, media, telecommunications and industrial sectors. Before joining Boyden Montreal, Mr. Zuchowski worked for over 20 years as a client facing executive at several high tech software, hardware and professional services companies, including GURUS Solutions, Novell/Micro Focus, Netmail, Averna, Kontron and Integrys Ltd;
- Boyden also added Brian G. Bachand as a partner in its Toronto office. He works in the firm’s education, healthcare & life sciences, and not-for-profit recruiting practices. Mr. Bachand joined Boyden from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine, where he led the office of advancement;
- The firm has also launched a non-profit, government and education recruiting practice. Ken Werker, chair of Boyden Canada and managing partner in Vancouver, leads the practice;
- In addition, Boyden expanded its non-profit expertise with the addition of Lynn Ogden as a new partner. She is a member of the firm’s global consumer and non-profit & education practices.
