Executive Search Partners Strengthens Recruiting Team

December 7, 2015 – Executive Search Partners, a search firm specializing in information technology and finance recruiting, has appointed Vishakha Radia as a partner based in southeast Michigan.

Ms. Radia is an experienced IT and business executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in building high performing teams in IT, consulting and services. She has a track record of driving aligned ‘digital age’ business and IT initiatives, focused on technology-enabled innovative customer and employee experiences. She is an advisor to IT executives across multiple industries and regularly keynotes at key events including FCA ICT, Gartner CIO, Enterprise Connect and Cisco Live as well as Michigan Council Women in Technology fundraising events. She has held Information Technology Leadership positions with Cisco, General Motors and Chrysler. In addition, she is also on the executive board for the Michigan Council Women in Technology (MCWT).

“Vishakha held senior information technology leadership positions in several Fortune 500 companies and is an accomplished speaker and thought leader. She will be stepping into the practice at a key time in its growth and will be carrying forward a strong legacy of service,” said Gary Erickson, managing partner.
